  • The objectives of the first part of the course are to make you feel comfortable with the concepts of jobs and careers, present the opportunities provided in the European Union and how you can capitalise on them and also discuss 21st century’s skills and competences.
  • The various options for acquiring today’s skills and competences will also be touched upon.
  • The 1st Part of Module 1 is divided into the following three learning units:
    1. What is a job and how has it evolved,
    2. Understanding the forces shaping the European Union economy and job market,
    3. Today’s skills and competences,
